Maintenance and operation analysis - Level 1 audit

First, we analyze the facility’s energy and water usage to benchmark the site against comparable installations, using EPA Energy Star databases. This is followed by a walk-through survey to assess potential energy, water, and other resource conservation measures, which are generally based on potential no- and low-cost enhancements to maintenance and operations.

Finally, we evaluate energy, greenhouse gas, water and resource conservation measures that require capital investments (essentially at the system level), and scope the potential for a Level Two analysis.
