New York City and New Jersey:

 NYSERDA: Altanova is an approved partner for the Multifamily Performance Program for both new and existing constructions, the Flextech program and Existing Facility program for commercial and industrial facilities. With many years of experience navigating the complex array of programs and incentives available, we can help you identify the most appropriate incentives programs, and maximize the incentive amount for your project, by recommending approved eligible technologies and solutions.

A few of the programs we can help our client with are: New Construction Program (NCP), Demand Management Program and New Technologies Programs, among others.

ConEd Market Partner: Altanova is an approved ConEd Market partner, for the Con Edison Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy efficiency program and for the demand management program.

New York State Energize Provider: Altanova is an approved Energize NY Finance partner and can help you navigate and take advantage of this innovative financing solution to help you stay cash-flow positive throughout the implementation of energy efficiency capital investments.

– New Jersey’s Clean Energy Programs: Altanova is an approved P4P provider and, as such, can provide access to advantageous financial incentives for sustainability and energy efficiency programs for both Existing Buildings and New Construction (both multifamily and commercial).

Erik Mets

ErikErik has thorough experience in high-performance building design and renewable energy analysis as well as energy and other environmental audits for commercial and industrial facilities. He provides green building and LEED certification assistance and advisory for projects looking at building the best possible environment for their employees or occupant. He is also performing renewable energy feasibility studies and has conducted advanced researches into solar PV, solar thermal (hot water) energy, wind and hydroelectric power.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astrophysics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics from Fu Foundation School of Engineering at Columbia University in New York City. Mr. Mets is accredited as a LEED Green Associate.

His previous clients included General Electrics, ExxonMobil and Total. Before moving to New York he was an environmental consultant at MWH Global, a leading civil and environmental firm, where he worked primarily in the Oil & Gas sector. Mr. Vrespa has a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental and Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan as well as a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University in the City of New York.
