International Green Building Rating Systems

This instructor-led course is intended for architects and other design professionals who are working on green building projects internationally and wish to familiarize themselves with the overall requirements of several leading green building rating systems, such as LEED, BREEAM, Green Star, HQE, and Estidama Pearl. They may previously have worked on LEED projects, or have qualified as LEED APs. Participants will receive training on the origins and purpose of rating systems, the evolution of five leading approaches, their similarities and differences, their relationship with LEED, and their application.
